We Walk For Yorkshire - Tuesday 14th May

Hi All,
Looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday for our walk. We are aiming for a 17:15 start from the Metrodome and it will take as long as it takes for us all to finish together as a team. 
I have been sent a YCR banner which we can use for various photo opportunities along the way and post on social media to raise awareness of the charity and event, and also help with those sponsorships!
I have also been sent some additional We Walk For Yorkshire T-Shirts, so if yours hasn't arrived in time, I have plenty to go around in various sizes.
Well done to everyone on the money raised so far, I have changed the target 3 times now as we keep surpassing it!!

We Walk for Yorkshire 2024

This May we're joining people across Yorkshire who are coming together to walk 31,000 miles to raise money for vital research which will help save more lives.

31,000 is the number of people who are diagnosed with cancer every year in Yorkshire.

People are more likely to be diagnosed with cancer in Yorkshire than in most other parts of England and, tragically, too many people die. Yorkshire Cancer Research exists to change this. With the help of people across the region, the charity funds vital research and pioneers innovative new services for people with cancer.

Every step counts, and every pound you are able to give will help save lives in Yorkshire.
