We Walk for Yorkshire is a walking challenge for anyone who wants to keep active and help save lives in Yorkshire.
31,000 is the number of people who are diagnosed with cancer every year in Yorkshire.
People are more likely to be diagnosed with cancer in Yorkshire than in most other parts of England and, tragically, too many people die. Yorkshire Cancer Research exists to change this. With the help of people across the region, the charity funds vital research and pioneers innovative new services for people with cancer.
Whatever you're walking for, join the community, get your T-shirt and enjoy Yorkshire’s great outdoors.
Every step counts and every pound raised will help save lives in Yorkshire.

When you sign up, you’ll receive a We Walk for Yorkshire T-shirt.
Wear your t-shirt proudly while racking up your miles - you'll be doing it for the 31,000 people in Yorkshire who are diagnosed with cancer every year and their families.
