for more of what matters

"I'm one of the lucky ones. I basically think I've been given a new life."

The path of cancer was given to me, I had no choice, but what comes out of that path is this new path, you shouldn’t be scared to take it.

I was diagnosed in my early 30s. It was a moment of complete despair and disbelief. I have come out of it and I've gained something very positive. I basically think I’ve been given a new life.

I feel absolutely privileged to be able to give a platform to children to connect to poetry.

To pursue this path of poetry. I think I was meant to be on it.
