As someone who used to be a big runner, I'm currently trying to get back out of the Saudi league (retirement) and back to my old self, and as a runner I know the best way to do this is just to get miles in. So I am going to attempt to run 50 Miles in may, this roughly equals 16 5k/s. but I'm going to aim for as much as possible but Ill be more then happy if i can pass the 50 Miles.
